Subject: blackberry 8900 lcd screen swap
Hey I bought a new screen for my blackberry 8900 from Hong Kong and when I got it I realized that it was the wrong version number unfortunately. I have the 004/111 version and I believe I need the 001 version (there was nothing on the screen written but I read 001 on the phone in multiple other places). Anyways I was just wondering if you guys would be willing to trade this 004 version of the screen for a 001 version of the screen. Or would know anyone that would. Paying the shipping to Toronto would be alot cheaper than to China. Anyways I thank you for your time.
Please let me know.

Subject: Firewire ports need replacing
Hello,
I'm not sure if you guys do stuff like this but I thought I would ask anyway.
I ordered a firewire cable online, turned out to be a really cheap one, I didn't notice it had bent pins, it ended up bending the pins on my laptop and 2 cameras. I have a Dell latitude D630, a Sony Handycam DCR-PC101 and a Panasonic DVX100b, they all need the firewire ports replaced, any chance that you guys can replace the ports? if not, can you possibly refer me to someone that can.
Thank you for your time
Other Typical Problems:
Often times we find that a customer's laptop charger will malfunction and the customer then comes by to pick up a new power adapter for their laptop. Customers will often bring in the 'specifications' for their laptop adapter, but not the actual laptop itself. Occasionally this results in the customer being provided with an incorrectly fitting adapter, followed by a return trip to the store, even though the correct 'specifications' were provided. This is due to the fact that there are occasionally different fitting adapters for different models in the same laptop series. To alleviate this problem, it is a good idea to bring in your old power adapter, or even better, bring in your laptop to make sure we have a perfect fit, and that your laptop walks away happy rather than you walking back to the store.
