We accept in store purchase or repair payments in the following forms:

1. Cash
2. Debit Card / Interac
3. Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard

Shipping Orders

There are two easy, free and fast payment methods available, once we have provided you the exact amount of money to send.

1. From your Computer : Interac Email Money Transfer (if you do online banking)
2. At a TD branch near you : Cash deposit into our account
3. Credit Card Payment : Visa and Mastercard accepted

1. Interac Email Money Transfer:

• Log in to your online banking account.
• Select the option that allows you to 'Pay Bills and Transfer Funds' or make 'Payments and Transfers' or some similar selection from your banking menu.
• If needed, register the recipient / payee along with the email address as follows:
  
  Name: Techknow Space
  Email: payment@techknowspace.com
  
  
• Select the account from which you wish to pay.
• Slect the recipient / payee that you registered above.
• Enter the amount to be paid
• Enter the secret security question and answer as follows:
  
  Security Question: What is the name of the company?
  Security Answer: techknow
  (make sure the security answer is all lower case)
  
  
• Send the payment.
• Within minutes, the receipient (We, The Techknow Space) will receive an email about your payment and collect the money.
• We will then call you within a 2 - 3 hours to advise you in relation to shipping your product.

2. Cash deposit into Account:

• Go to your nearest TD - Canada Trust bank branch.
• If you cannot locate a TD - Canad Trust branch near you, click here.
• Explain to the teller that you would like to make a deposit into an account using the following information:
  
  TD Canada Trust Transit:   17402
  Account:   0669-521#0028
  
• After you have made the deposit and been issued a receipt, give us a call with your transaction confirmation number.

3. Credit card payment:

• Call us and provide your credit card information (Visa or Mastercard)
