Diagnostics Fees
Charged in advance - but deducted from final total.
This fee is not refundable if you choose not to have the repairs completed.

         Computers & Laptops -     $40.00
          All Other Devices -           $25.00

When we receive your device, diagnostics will be performed and repairs and/or parts required identified.

Diagnostics may take 1 to 3 business days, excepting cameras diagnostics which may require 3 to 5 days.

We will proceed directly with the repair should the needed parts and/or service total less than the authorization limit as follows:

Computers & Laptops     $120.00
All Other Devices             $90.00

Repairs may take 1 to 4 business days.

If the value exceeds the authorization limit, and/or we need to order parts, we will contact you and provide a cost and time estimate.

Once we receive your authorization we will proceed with the repair. 

Should you decide not to have us complete the repairs, we will retain the diagnostic fee (as stated above) as compensation for our efforts and time.

Shipping

Items for repair must be shipped to us prepaid. 
We will ship return items via the most economical method available.
Express shipping available on customer request.
Return shipping costs are added to the total bill.
We will call you to confirm final bill and arrange payment.
We accept Visa & MasterCard for ship-in repairs.
Out of province customers are exempt from being charged Ontario Sales Tax.

Warranty

Repairs performed will carry a 60 day warranty on workmanship & replaced parts. 
(Batteries – 30 Days)
Warranty coverage is limited to issues directly related to the labor and/or parts involved in the services we performed, and does not cover physical damage, or issues arising from product misuse.

IMPORTANT: Although we take every effort to safeguard customer data, we will not be liable for data loss under any circumstances – including circumstances arising in association with or as a result of our actions during handling, repair procedure or otherwise.   

It is strongly recommended that you backup all of your important data before bringing products in for servicing.
